Returns T&C's

Please contact our support team at info@willowandkate.com.au to allow us to provide you the service you require. You will be issued a Return Authorisation number (RA#) Returns will not be accepted without an Return Authorisation number.

Willow + Kate offer credit notes within 14 days of purchase. Please read through our terms below. 

Willow + Kate do not issue refunds for returned items. Credit notes are issued manually. Credit notes are issued for exchanges and returns.

*Please note there is no expiry date on the store credit note

Please Note  - *There are no returns for SALE items & DISCOUNTED STOCK OR items purchased with a promo discount sales code of 25% and more, these sales are final* Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size

Please contact our customer service team for any sizing inquiries, we are happy to send you measurements or answer any questions about stock

 

Item must be in original condition, tags still attached, folded, in original plastic wrapping, unwashed, unworn, no make-up stains or fake tan.

Please include original receipt with the return item.

Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns on sale items (all items $40 and under). Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit.

Please note, we cannot offer a credit note for a washed item that has been damaged in the wash. Washing outcome is the buyers responsibility. 

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Willow and Kate will not be issued a refund. 

Willow + Kate reserve the right to reject a return if the item is not in the required condition. 

Faulty Item

Firstly, we are so sorry to hear your item is faulty. Let us help you.

All of our items are checked before being dispatched to our customers, to ensure a high level of quality. In the event of a faulty item due to a manufacturing fault, Willow + Kate are happy to exchange, offer a refund or 125% store credit.

We cannot always guarantee that the identical item will be available, due to our stock selling out fast. We will however endeavor to get the best result for all our customers.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Willow and Kate will not be issued a refund.

Strictly NO returns on items that have been worn.
